RaagAI Privacy Policy Last updated: 21 October 2026 RaagAI ("we", "us") is an app that makes songs from short text ideas. It is run by Novagya Tech, Delhi, India. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to delete it. Questions: [email protected]. 1. What we collect Account details. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, Google account ID and profile photo. What you make. The ideas, lyrics, styles and settings you type, the songs we generate for you, their titles and cover art, and whether you have made a song public or shared it. Purchases and credits. Your credit balance and history, and records of subscriptions and credit packs. Payments are handled by Google Play; we never see your card details. RevenueCat tells us which purchases are active on your account. Support messages. Anything you send us through Help or the account deletion form. Device and usage data. A push notification token, your platform, app version and time zone, how you use app screens and features (Firebase Analytics), crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics), and, if you arrived through a shared song or an invite link, the Google Play install referrer. We do not collect your contacts, precise location, microphone audio or photos. 2. How we use it - To sign you in and keep your account and songs. - To generate songs and lyrics from your ideas. - To manage credits, purchases, referral rewards and licence certificates. - To send notifications, such as "your song is ready". You can turn these off in your phone settings. - To answer support requests. - To find and fix crashes and improve the app. - To prevent abuse, such as blocked content, fraud and repeated free credits. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising. 3. Who we share it with We share only what each service needs to do its job: - Google (Google Sign-In, Google Play, the Gemini and Lyria AI models that write lyrics and generate music, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging and Remote Config). Your text ideas and lyrics are sent to Google's AI models to make your song. - RevenueCat, for managing purchases and subscriptions. - Our hosting provider, which stores our servers and database. - Authorities, if the law requires it. Songs you make public or share through a link can be heard by anyone who has the link or visits the public page. 4. How long we keep it We keep your account and songs until you delete them or delete your account. When you delete your account we remove your profile, songs, audio files, credit history and licence certificates. Purchase records we must keep for tax or legal reasons, and backups, are deleted on their normal schedule, within 90 days at most. Analytics and crash data is kept by Firebase under Google's own retention settings. 5. Your choices and rights - Delete a song: open it in your library and tap Delete. - Delete your account: in the app, Me > Settings > Delete account. You can also use https://raagai.xyz/delete-account. - Access or correct your data: email [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, such as data portability or objecting to processing. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. 6. Security Your data travels over HTTPS. Song audio is served through links that expire, and admin access is protected with two-factor login. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data. 7. Children RaagAI is not meant for children under 13, or under the minimum age in your country. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it. 8.
